Internships: During Summer 2017, while a senior biomedical art major at the Cleveland Institute of Art, Isabella Piechota worked as an intern for CfIR. She researched and created illustrations comparing the human spine to the spines of state-of-the-art anthropomorphic crash test dummies. Her internship also provided her with exposure to the application of her medical illustration skills to journal articles, technical papers, conference presentations and court exhibits.
