CfIR Investigates How Injuries Occur in Traumatic Events, like Vehicle Crashes, by Researching Designs and Using Innovative Safety Testing
CfIR’s goal and mission is to conduct scientific research on traumatic human injury and prevention. CfIR publishes its data and results in safety and biomechanical engineering symposiums and conferences. CfIR also submits its findings to the NHTSA at www.regulations.gov. Through its scientific research, CfIR disseminates important safety information concerning features and equipment, aimed at educating the public on safety of their new product purchases and possible defects with their current products.
